The Equipment Technician will play a vital role in ensuring the proper functioning of machinery and equipment through maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical expertise. The ideal candidate will have experience in machine maintenance and possess strong mechanical and technical skills, with a background in Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) being advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

Machine Maintenance and Troubleshooting:

Conduct routine maintenance tasks on equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.

Utilize troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve mechanical and technical issues promptly and effectively.

Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement corrective actions and prevent recurrence of equipment failures.

PLC Knowledge (Advantageous):

Apply knowledge or background in Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) to support troubleshooting and maintenance activities.

Assist in programming, troubleshooting, and optimizing PLC systems to enhance equipment performance and efficiency.

Technical Tools and Equipment:

Demonstrate proficiency in using technical tools such as testers, multimeters, and diagnostic equipment to perform maintenance and troubleshooting tasks.

Ensure proper handling, calibration, and maintenance of tools and equipment to support safe and efficient operations.

Mechanical and Technical Functions:
