Job summary

Strategem Ventures Management Inc. is seeking a Specialist, Business Process to analyze, design, implement and optimize organizational processes across the company to boost efficiency and alignment with strategy.

The role drives continuous improvement, standardizes procedures, supports change management, and collaborates with teams to monitor progress, document processes, and ensure compliance with policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience in Business Process Management, Process Improvement, or an equivalent role.
• 2–5 years of experience in process improvement, operations, or quality management.
• Excellent understanding of business operations and procedures.
• Experience in process mapping tools and management.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen principles is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent documentation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Identify operational inefficiencies, analyze root causes, and recommend actionable solutions.
• Support the design, implementation, and monitoring of process optimization initiatives across departments.
• Track and report on the progress, impact, and compliance of process improvement programs.
• Develop and maintain process documentation.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth execution of process improvement plans.
• Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual work and improve accuracy.
• Ensure processes comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
• Ensure process requirements are properly captured in new systems.
• Implement process controls and risk mitigation measures.
• Assist in change management and transition activities.
