Job summary

Bioessence is seeking a detail-oriented Business Process Specialist to analyze, document, and improve workflows that boost productivity and efficiency. You will partner with cross-functional teams to identify gaps, propose solutions, and ensure processes align with business goals.

The role focuses on SOP development, process mapping, and supporting automation initiatives to enhance performance across the organization. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience in business process improvement, operations management, project management, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of process mapping, workflow analysis, and documentation.
• Experience creating SOPs, process manuals, and business requirements documents.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or BPM is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and process documentation tools.
• Experience with ERP systems, workflow automation tools, or business management platforms is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop, document, and maintain SOPs, process flows, and business documentation.
• Conduct process reviews, gap analysis, and workflow assessments to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand business requirements and operational challenges.
• Recommend and implement process improvement initiatives that enhance productivity and reduce inefficiencies.
• Support automation and digital transformation projects by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows.
• Monitor process performance and develop reports to track improvements and business impact.
• Assist in designing workflows, policies, and operational guidelines.
• Ensure processes comply with company standards, quality requirements, and best practices.
• Facilitate process improvement discussions, workshops, and training sessions with stakeholders.
• Support system enhancements, testing, and implementation of new business solutions.
• Continuously identify ways to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and business performance.
