Job summary

Sunnies Inc. is seeking a Process Engineer to analyze, document, and improve business processes across the organization in Metro Manila. You will drive efficiency, consistency, and scalability by gathering requirements, maps, SOPs, and standardized workflows.

Responsibilities include applying Lean, Six Sigma, and DMAIC methodologies, conducting root cause analysis, and supporting the rollout of automation where appropriate. Collaboration with stakeholders is essential to success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in process improvement or related roles.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience creating process maps, SOPs, workflow documentation, and business requirements.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools; Power BI or process mapping tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Document current-state and future-state workflows, process maps, SOPs, and business requirements.
• Conduct process walkthroughs and interviews with stakeholders to understand operational challenges and requirements.
• Maintain accurate process documentation to support standardization and continuous improvement.
• Assist in identifying opportunities for automation, simplification, and process optimization.
• Independently analyze business processes, develop current and future-state process maps, identify inefficiencies, and recommend practical improvements aligned with business needs.
