Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking an Optimization Associate within Shared Services – Client Onboarding & Service to drive efficiency and strengthen controls from discovery through implementation. You will gather and analyze information, document current workflows, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.

You will create process maps, presentations, and project documentation to communicate next steps and drive delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in business operations, process improvement, business analysis, project delivery, data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with root-cause thinking.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with peers, clients, and stakeholders.
• Ability to gather information, identify patterns or gaps, and communicate findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Support optimization initiatives from discovery through implementation and measurement.
• Facilitate process walkthroughs, interviews, and working sessions with stakeholders.
• Build relationships with business partners to gather information and validate findings.
• Document current-state processes and develop process maps and data inventories.
• Identify manual or unclear activities and help develop practical solutions.
• Synthesize information into clear findings and recommendations for stakeholders.
