Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking an Optimization Associate within Shared Services – Client Onboarding & Service. You will support initiatives from discovery to implementation, improving efficiency, strengthening controls, and enhancing the client and employee experience.

You will model current-state processes and translate findings into practical recommendations. You will create process maps, presentations, and project documentation, managing ownership and follow-through while raising risks when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in business operations, process improvement, data analysis, or related areas.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with root-cause thinking.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to document findings and translate them into actionable recommendations.
