Job summary

JPMorganChase in the Global Corporate Banking team seeks a Client Technical Onboarding Senior Associate to onboard clients to file transmission products and related connectivity channels. You will guide clients through technical setup and testing, coordinating across Sales, Service, Implementation, Product, Connectivity, Operations, and Technology to ensure a high-quality onboarding experience.

Qualifications

Experience delivering client implementations in a banking/financial-services context.
Strong client-facing service skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
Experience with complex connectivity solutions (files and APIs).
Hands-on experience with payment/file formats (JSON, ISO 20022 XML, NACHA, EDI X12).
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in diagnosing file/testing issues.
Effective verbal and written communication; able to work independently and meet timelines.

Responsibilities

Lead scoping meetings to confirm product and technical requirements for clients.
Guide clients through technical onboarding for file-based and API connectivity including setup, testing, migration, and verification.
Gather, document, and validate client requirements and file specs.
Analyze and validate file formats (JSON, ISO 20022 XML, NACHA, EDI X12, flat files).
Set up test environments, run file testing, coordinate back-office testing, track results to resolution.
