Mondiale VGL is seeking a Process Management Specialist to join our EU Operations team in a hybrid role in the Philippines. You will handle vendor invoices, ensure accuracy, and resolve discrepancies across the accounts payable process.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in Shared Services or BPO within logistics, or is a fresh graduate with relevant degree. We offer a global logistics environment with growth opportunities.

Formación

• 1–2 years experience in Shared Services or BPO in logistics is an advantage.

• Bachelor’s degree in Financial Management, Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Receive and process invoices from vendors, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Resolve discrepancies and inquiries regarding invoices and payments.
• Analyze financial data and identify discrepancies; dispute with counterparts.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Receive and process invoices from vendors, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Resolving discrepancies and inquiries regarding invoices and payments.
• Ability to analyze financial data and identify discrepancies and dispute with counterparts
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Detail and results in oriented with analytical mindset
• Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills

Accountabilities:

• Adherence to compliance standards, policies and procedures
• Timely and accurate processing of finance and accounting transactions.

• 1-2 year prior experience in Shared Services or BPO setting in the logistics industry is an advantage.
• Bachelors degree in Financial Management, Accounting, Finance, or any related field.
• Fresh Grads are encouraged to apply!
