Job summary

Mondiale VGL, a globally recognised transport and logistics provider, is seeking a Process Management Specialist to support Freight/ Logistics/ Accounts Payables in Manila. You will process shipments and invoices using CargoWise, ensure timely billing/reconciliation, and maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

The role demands 1–4 years in Shared Services or BPO, ideally in logistics/forwarding, with strong attention to detail and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–4 years of relevant experience in a Shared Services or BPO environment, preferably supporting logistics or freight forwarding operations.
• Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• Experience with CargoWise is an advantage.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and review shipment, accounting, and related operational documents accurately and in a timely manner using CargoWise.
• Assist with invoice processing, billing, and reconciliation activities.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding transactions and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the team as required.
• Perform data entry and maintain records using Microsoft Office applications and internal systems.
• Generate reports and provide status updates to management and stakeholders.
• Address and resolve complaints or queries.
• Follow proper steps per standard operating procedures.
