Job summary

You will champion Lean and Six Sigma, manage stakeholders, and present ROI analyses to senior leadership. The role emphasizes collaboration with procurement, finance, and operations teams across geographies.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in business process operations and shared services transformation.
Proven consulting experience in customer transformation and automation with measurable outcomes.
Strong stakeholder management across leadership teams.
Hands-on experience with SAP, Oracle, Adobe, Salesforce, NICE, Genesis.
Lean Six Sigma and process optimization know-how.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for customer transformation and operational excellence.
Identify automation opportunities to improve cycle times by 20-30% and cost efficiency by 15-20%.
Lead digital transformation initiatives leveraging AI/agentic automation to cut manual effort by 30-40%.
Collaborate with global customer, procurement, and operations teams to standardize processes.
Drive stakeholder engagement and vendor negotiations to unlock cost savings and value.
Establish and monitor SLAs and KPIs across CSAT, NPS and satisfaction metrics.
Champion Lean and Six Sigma to drive continuous improvement.
Implement change management frameworks for smooth transitions.
Present transformation insights, dashboards, and ROI analyses to GEO and Global leaders.
