Job summary

WD is seeking a Lead Specialist IV for Process Excellence & Program Management in Biñan, Philippines. You will design and sustain CI programs, embedding AI-assisted problem solving, and coach Professionals and Managers to raise performance with measurable impact.

You will lead cross-functional improvements, develop an Innovation culture, and build a pipeline of certified practitioners while partnering with engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and Lean Six Sigma training or certification.
• 7+ years of professional experience in process improvement or operations excellence.
• Exposure to electronics/semiconductor manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Architect and own the end-to-end Process Excellence roadmap aligned to Head Backend Operations priorities.
• Lead improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and DMAIC across cross-functional teams.
• Define, track, and report KPIs including cost savings and cycle time reduction.
• Partner with Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing to prioritize opportunities.
