Job summary

A leading consulting firm in Metro Manila is seeking a Process Improvement Specialist to enhance process documentation and lead continuous improvement initiatives. You will utilize Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, mentor analysts, and manage projects. The ideal candidate has a background in business or industrial engineering, along with certification in Lean Six Sigma. This position offers a hybrid work setup with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

Qualifications

• Yellowbelt Lean Six Sigma Certified is required; Greenbelt trained.
• 4 to 6 years of experience in Process Documentation and Continuous Improvement.
• Experience in conducting Process Improvement workshops is required.

About the job Process Improvement Specialist

• Serve as a subject-matter expert in process documentation (ISO QMS) and continuous improvement methodologies, including Lean, Six Sigma, and Design Thinking.
• Support the Process Improvement Supervisor in defining, scoping, and leading global and local process documentation and continuous improvement projects, from planning through completion, using Lean, Six Sigma, and Design Thinking frameworks.
• Manage and execute process documentation and continuous improvement projects, overseeing end-to-end planning and delivery.
• Ensure timely issue resolution and provide progress updates to project sponsors and senior management.
• Assist in collecting project feedback and preparing reports for the Process Improvement Supervisor.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of global and local initiatives that promote a culture of process documentation and continuous improvement within the Firm.
• Provide expert consultancy and act as a trusted advisor on process documentation and continuous improvement frameworks.
• Mentor and coach Process Improvement Analysts on the application of process documentation and improvement methodologies and tools.
• Maintain and enhance process documentation and improvement trackers, the process library, and the teams intranet site.
• Keep process documentation updated in alignment with industry best practices.
• Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as required by the organization and its leadership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in any business or management course, BS Industrial Engineering a plus
• Yellowbelt Lean Six Sigma Certified is required; Greenbelt trained.
• 4 to 6 years of extensive work experience in Process Documentation and ContinuousImprovement, which includes process mapping, root cause analysis, ideation, and use ofcontinuous improvement methodologies and tools (i.e. Lean, Six Sigma) in a shared service
  industry
• Experience in conducting Process Improvement workshops is required
• 1 to 2 years of experience in project management
• Certification in ISO 9001 QMS Documentation is preferred
• Knowledge or experience in executing in Design Thinking methodology is an advantage
