Viventis Search Asia in Makati seeks a professional to independently plan and manage high-level projects, focusing on process improvement and quality programs. The role involves data analyses, reporting, and customer issue resolution.
You will develop SOPs, support program management, and contribute to continuous improvement, with a 6-month contract, dayshift, hybrid work in Paseo de Roxas, Makati.
Employment Contract: 6 months (extension will depend on the business needs or performance)
Shift/Schedule: Monday to Friday / Dayshift
Location: Paseo de Roxas, Makati (Hybrid Work - 3 days onsite, 2 days wfh per week)
Independently plans and carries out complex and high-level (often of a highly confidential nature) projects (task/assignments) to achieve stated objectives. Projects may include cost studies, assessments of operations, methods, and procedures, and reviews of organization structures. Assists in the planning of projects. May assist with program management.
Perform needs analyses to identify areas for study and improvement or opportunities for new programs. Analyzes project or program objectives to determine methodology and development plan. Develops estimates of cost, time, and resource needs.
Independently collects data from a variety of sources and creates periodic reports. Evaluates and interprets data and draws conclusions including actionable items. Conducts cost/benefit analysis.
Independently prepares and presents reports or program proposals, which will include recommendations and supporting arguments.
Independently is able to resolve customer inquiries, questions and complaints. May help train internal customers on department applications
Independently creates change requests to department Standard Operating Procedures and work instructions when changes are needed or to improve the understanding of the document or process.
Identify opportunities for improvement, potential performance metrics and actions to be taken is metric is not improving.

Actively participates in continuous improvement activities to improve Quality or the departments operation. May assist in the development and implementation of programs.
Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct, and follow all physical and digital security practices. Performs other duties as directed.
University degree, or related field or equivalent work experience
3 years of experience in business operations, process improvement, or program/project management in a quality related function.
Must have experience investigating and resolving customer complaints.
Strong analytical and organizational skills required. Must be able to collect data, evaluate and interpret the data and draw conclusions, including actionable items.
Strong presentation skills.
Working knowledge of quality concepts, techniques / methodologies including quality and business excellence models (e.g., ISO 9001, 17025, 17065, Lean Sigma, Baldrige / Shingo). Familiarity with SOP development and documentation standards
PREFERRED: Experience developing sophisticated data analytics reports using Microsoft Power BI.
