We are looking for a Process Improvement Specialist to design, document, and standardize business processes to improve consistency, efficiency, and quality. The role will create process maps, SOPs, and playbooks, translate improvement initiatives into practical process changes, and help ensure new processes are properly implemented and adopted.
Key responsibilities
Design and document end-to-end processes, SOPs, work instructions, and process maps.
Standardize and simplify processes to reduce errors, rework, and process variation.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and translate recommendations into sustainable process changes.
Manage process updates through proper documentation, risk assessment, approvals, and adoption checks.
Ensure processes maintain quality, compliance, and data integrity.
Identify opportunities for automation and self-service solutions.
Support process adoption through training, guidance, and stakeholder engagement.
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure processes are practical and consistently implemented.
About you
Experience in process improvement, process design, business process re-engineering, or SOP development.
Strong process mapping, documentation, and standardization skills.
Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies.
Experience with Microsoft Power Automate and Power BI is preferred/required.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
