Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Marketing Transformation – Data, AI & Automation Senior Associate (Manila) to advance marketing capabilities with AI-driven data architectures and modern data foundations. You will support roadmaps, document requirements, and coordinate delivery across Marketing, Product, Technology, and Analytics teams.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting marketing transformation, marketing operations, product delivery, analytics enablement, or consulting/PMO-type roles.
• Ability to support end-to-end delivery (requirements, planning, coordination, testing support, documentation) for cross-functional initiatives.
• Working knowledge of data foundations and AI-enabled/automation workflows in a marketing context; translate business needs into clear requirements.
• Comfort operating in Agile delivery environments, including ceremonies, backlogs, and UAT coordination.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear stakeholder updates.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of roadmaps for marketing campaign operational data products, including documentation and delivery tracking.
• Assist in implementing AI-ready data architecture to support campaign processes and automated workflows.
• Collaborate with Data & Analytics to align with a unified customer data platform, including KPI definition support and validation.
• Help deliver integrated workflow orchestration connecting legacy and AI-enabled systems, maintaining plans and status reports.
• Coordinate stakeholder inputs and document process changes for AI-enabled automation rollout readiness.
• Contribute to content development and asset management through documentation and adoption tracking.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Product, Technology, and Data & Analytics on platform development and action-item follow-through.
• Support governance activities by maintaining documentation and ensuring alignment to compliance and risk expectations.
• Prepare clear updates for stakeholder forums to align on priorities, sequencing, and dependencies.
