Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Management, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in business analytics, engineering, consulting, or related function.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen or similar problem-solving approaches.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook; AI/reporting automation tools are a plus.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience in regional/global shared services environments is preferred.
• Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate and timely operational performance reporting across the region.
• Prepare, consolidate, analyze, and distribute periodic and ad hoc business reports.
• Develop insights by analyzing performance, pipeline health, win rates, and trends.
• Support monthly SIOP discussions with data analysis and actions.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes.
• Identify opportunities through data analysis and stakeholder feedback.
• Manage improvement projects from initiation to post-implementation review.
• Drive automation with Power BI, Vega AI, Excel and other tools.
• Develop governance and documentation for consistent regional execution.
• Monitor progress and report status to stakeholders.
