Job summary

Vertiv Co is seeking an experienced Specialist, SIOP Analytics in Metro Manila to coordinate and deliver analytics and performance reports that drive business growth. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, accurate insights for strategic planning and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 10-12 years of experience in data management and processing, automation-related processes.
• Bachelor's Degree preferably in Accounting/Finance/Business Management or equivalent work experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Applications—Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Excel—integrated with SQL and Data Lake to build end-to-end automated workflows and data pipelines.
• Experience in data reporting, consolidation, processing, and merging, with strong analytical skills and regional shared services experience.
• High-level organization and planning to manage workflow and deadlines efficiently.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication, able to collaborate across all levels.
• Ability to work across time zones with global teams.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and good work ethic.
• Collaborative work style fostering teamwork.
• 5% travel required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of sales, orders, and SIOP data reporting and analytics.
• Coordinate with stakeholders—sales teams, directors, and leaders—on pipeline, orders, backlog, and distributor reports monthly.
• Support end-of-month SIOP calls by analyzing pipelines and win-rate trends and providing inputs to Sales Leaders.
• Perform quality control and validation of source reports and generated outputs.
• Lead process improvement initiatives using technology (VB, Power BI).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data-informed strategies and performance.
• Identify and implement new processes to maximize Sales/Operations productivity.
• Serve as liaison between sales, operations, finance, and IT as needed.
• Support Snowflake and Power BI report development.
• Develop tools to speed data collection and reporting.
