You will work as part of a team to solve business problems, support process improvement projects, and help deliver sustainable operational solutions aligned with PwC's commitment to quality and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in documenting and mapping current business processes, workflows, and procedures.
• Gather, analyze, and validate business requirements from stakeholders.
• Identify process gaps, bottlenecks, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Support process improvement and automation initiatives to drive operational efficiency.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations using data analysis tools.
• Monitor key process performance indicators and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements and change initiatives.
• Participate in workshops, interviews, and process reviews with stakeholders.
• Maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and knowledge repositories.
• Support testing, training, and deployment activities related to new processes, tools, or systems.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects and other strategic initiatives as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in:

Experience

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Internship, thesis, capstone, organizational leadership, or project experience involving process improvement, business analysis, digital transformation, data analytics, systems implementation, or operations improvement is highly preferred.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other Microsoft 365 applications.
• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting techniques.
• Understanding of business process improvement methodologies is a plus.
