Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support optimization initiatives from discovery through implementation.
• Facilitate process walkthroughs, interviews, and sessions to understand current work.
• Build relationships with business partners to gather information and validate findings.
• Analyze operational information to identify challenges, root causes, and opportunities.
• Document current-state processes and develop process maps, data inventories, and requirements.
• Identify manual or inefficient activities and help develop practical solutions.
• Synthesize information into clear findings and recommendations for stakeholders.
• Develop presentations, project updates, and written materials to support decisions.
• Track actions, timelines, risks, decisions, and documentation to ensure delivery.
• Follow up with stakeholders to resolve questions and confirm deliverables.
• Lead smaller initiatives with guidance as experience grows.
