Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Business Process and Solutions Associate to design, document, and continuously improve control solutions responding to evolving regulatory expectations.

You will partner with client-facing and operational partners to translate requirements into scalable processes, clear controls, and measurable outcomes using analytics and automation. This role spans multiple regions to drive consistent execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5-7 years of experience in process, controls, risk, compliance, audit, or related field.
• Knowledge of control frameworks and lifecycle practices.
• Experience translating regulatory requirements into process changes.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to define metrics from data.
• Clear documentation for processes, controls, and governance routines.
• Project delivery capability including planning and stakeholder management.
• Strong written and verbal communication to varied audiences.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and drive timely resolutions.
• Attention to detail and quality in controls.

Responsibilities

• Translate regulatory and risk requirements into clear process and control improvements.
• Support design and adaptation of control solutions and remediate gaps.
• Maintain process and control documentation with ownership and evidence standards.
• Collaborate with Europe, Middle East and Africa and Asia stakeholders to align requirements.
• Conduct business impact analysis to support decision-making and identify impacted processes and controls.
• Define and document roles, governance, handoffs, and accountability.
• Create and manage project implementation plans with milestones and dependencies.
• Coordinate testing and validation activities and document results.
• Track risks, issues, and decisions through governance forums.
• Support ongoing risk assessments including root cause analysis and remediation tracking.
