Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in process improvement.
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Visio for process mapping and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and improve existing business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop, document, and update SOPs, process maps, and workflows.
• Identify process gaps, risks, and control weaknesses, and recommend practical solutions.
• Monitor compliance with established policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Collaborate with different departments to streamline operations and implement process improvements.
• Lead and support process improvement initiatives and change management activities.
• Prepare reports, process documentation, and presentations for management.
• Supervise and guide team members to ensure timely completion of assigned projects and deliverables.
