Job summary

Benby Enterprises, Inc. in Laguna, Philippines is seeking a Process Improvement/Industrial Engineering candidate to map and analyze process data, optimize capacity, reduce waste, and drive efficiency across the supply chain.

The role involves standard measurements, improvement initiatives, and reporting. The successful candidate will collaborate with SC management, lead operations reviews, and participate in ISO 9001 related activities, audits, and training.

Qualifications

• BS IE degree is required/advantageous
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply
• Basic knowledge of Industrial Engineering/Process Excellence/Problem-solving tools; with experience is a plus
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret data; able to write and present reports

Responsibilities

• Maps and analyzes process data to optimize capacity, reduce waste, improve workflow, increase efficiency, and reduce cost.
• Performs Work Standard Measurements (TMS, Work Sampling, Predetermined Time Study).
• Monitors the implementation of improvement initiatives that reduce waste and non-value added activities.
• Cascades to employees directly involved in the use of the performance systems and procedures of warehousing.
• Creates measurement tools to track performance and improvement sustainability.
• Works with SC Management to identify and spearhead projects in line with company objectives.
• Leads in setting up of Operations Reviews for all sections of Supply Chain Department.
• Leads and/or provides guidance in conducting Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Operations Reviews at DC level.
• Documents processes, instructions, recommendations, and key metrics.
• Facilitates Problem Solving trainings and activities.
• Provides assistance to Supply Chain Operations during audits.
• Participates in meetings, seminars, and training sessions to stay apprised of new developments in field.
• Participates in the preparation, execution, and monitoring of ISO 9001 related matters.
• Assist in incident investigation process, including root cause analysis and identification of corrective action plans.
