Job summary

K-Logistikus Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Process Engineer with at least 2 years of solid experience in the logistics and supply chain sector. The role focuses on formulating, documenting, and revising Quality Management System documents, and on conducting internal audits to ensure quality standards are met.

The position emphasizes collaboration with business units, periodic audits, and adherence to ISO 9001 standards. A background in Operations/SCM or Industrial Engineering is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have obtained at least two (2) years solid experience on the job as Process Engineer.
• Must have background and training on ISO 9001.
• Preferably, graduate of Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or any other Engineering course.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Business Units and Departments in formulating, documenting, and revising all Quality Management System documents.
• Review and recommend changes to the applicable manual and procedural guidelines when needed.
• Conduct periodic and random Good Warehouse and Process audits, as assigned ensuring accomplishment of all the necessary activities associated as specified which includes but is not limited to preparation of audit plan, coordination of audit schedule with auditee, issuance of internal audit notice, effective execution of internal audit, and reporting.

If you have obtained at least two (2) years of solid experience as Process Engineer in the logistics and supply chain industry, then you are the person we need. The role is specifically tasked to collaborate with Business Units and Departments in formulating, documenting, and revising all Quality Management System documents. Further, he/she shall be tasked also to:
