Job summary

BSB Junrose in Manila is seeking a Process Improvement Engineer to study, document, and optimize workflow across Wholesale Parts Division units. You will develop SOPs, simulate processes, and monitor implementations with unit heads to boost efficiency.

Applicants should have an engineering degree and at least 1 year in process improvement, with proficiency in MS Office and process software. Onsite work in Manila is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial Engineering preferred).
• 1 year minimum experience in process improvement roles.
• Experience with process simulations and SOPs.
• Knowledge of process engineering software systems.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Willing to work onsite at Santa Cruz Manila near Blumentritt LRT Stations and SM San Lazaro.

Responsibilities

• Study and review all existing processes, workflows, procedures, and policies of units.
• Document system and process workflows, procedures, and policies for Wholesale Parts Division units.

• Develop standardized operating procedures and ensure proper documentation and dissemination.

Job description

• Study and review all existing and process workflow, procedure and policy of units.
• Document all system and process workflow, procedure and policy for Wholesale Parts Division units.
• Analyse and identify problems and concerns, develop solutions and/or improvements that will simplify, enhance and achieve high work efficiency.
• Develop standard operating process and/or procedures and make sure that it is properly documented, coordinated and discussed to all concern members and heads/supervisors.
• Monitor implementations of the standard operating or procedures and ensure close coordination with wholesale parts division unit heads and supervisors.
• Regularly review and validate results of the implementations of the standard operating process or procedures and come up with adjustment if needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering preferably Industrial Engineer.
• With minimum of 1 year work experience in handling process improvement position.
• Experience with process simulations and standard operating procedures.
• With knowledge of process engineering software systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft programs like Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point.
• Willing to work onsite at Santa Cruz Manila near Blumentritt LRT Stations and SM San Lazaro.
