Job summary

ZE Electronic Manufacturing Services Limited is seeking a Production/Manufacturing Lead to optimize daily production processes in a fast-paced plant. You will support operations, standardize procedures, and prepare operator instructions to improve efficiency and quality.

Key tasks include equipment maintenance, risk assessment, and implementing KAIZEN-style improvements while coordinating tooling and fixtures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in electronics industry.
• Technical college or higher in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Automation or Mechatronics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production processes to improve efficiency.
• Support production operations and ensure smooth workflows.
• Standardize procedures and work instructions for operators.
• Prepare and update working instructions for operators.
• Maintain and clean all machines and equipment in the production area.
• Assess processes, identify risks, and implement quality improvement measures during new projects.
• Manage new tooling and fixtures and their maintenance in production.
• Collaborate daily to improve line layouts.
• Contribute to ongoing quality and efficiency improvements across the plant.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 3 years working experience in electronical company
• Technical College or above, major of Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Automation, Mechatronics
• Knowledge of electronics and SMT, wave soldering and assembling processes
• Experience with different machines and equipments
• Familiarity of LEAN tools in theoretical and practical way (6S, OEE calculation, value stream mapping, KAIZEN week, fish bone diagram)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CAD
• Work experience in automotive, medical or other similar industry is an advantage

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for daily processes in production to improve efficiency
• Support with operations in production
• Standardize working procedures and processes in production area
• Prepare and update of working instructions for operators
• Execute maintenance and cleaning plan of all machines and equipment inside the production area
• Evaluate process, identify potential risks and provide solutions to lower quality risks during implementation of new projects
• Responsible for new tooling and fixtures and its maintenance in production
• Cooperate with the team on a daily basis in improving layout of the lines
• Contribute in the continuous improvement of quality and efficiency of all products inside the plant
