Qualifications

• Knowledge of assembly operations and project management.
• Create new processes and equipment, and modify existing designs for improved efficiency and safety.
• Experience with process simulations, working instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Designs, implements, monitors, and optimizes industrial processes to improve efficiency, safety, and product quality
• Analyzing workflows, troubleshooting process issues to enhance operational performance and sustainability
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skill and should be able to read instruction and communicate effectively
• Performs another task that maybe assigned by the immediate supervisor
