Job summary

Samzuk is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to oversee testing and delivery, develop standards, and monitor quality metrics. The role focuses on ensuring product quality and timely releases while guiding the QA team and collaborating with senior management.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in engineering, at least 2 years in QA, and strong communication and leadership skills to drive process improvements and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee testing and delivery phases to verify quality and timeliness
• Create standards and procedures for developers
• Collect data and track quality metrics
• Review quality specs and design documents for feedback
• Test current products and identify deficiencies
• Suggest solutions and assist teams in problem-solving
• Prepare and present reports to Senior Management
• Investigate causes of non-conforming units and train users
• Develop and apply testing processes for products to meet client needs
• Train other QA members on inspection processes
• Perform additional duties as assigned
