Job summary

BizLink Speedy Pte. Ltd. in the Philippines seeks a Process Improvement Engineer to drive data-driven improvements using Lean and Six Sigma on manufacturing lines.

You will update documents, jigs, and ECO records; develop and sustain the QMS; train staff; and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy new technologies and optimize workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma principles preferred.
• SAP / MES experience highly desirable.
• Able to commence work immediately / on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement process improvements using data analysis, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Update and maintain documents, jigs, and fixtures related to Engineer Change Orders (ECOs).
• Develop and sustain the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Collaborate with cross-function teams to address issues, introduce new technologies, and monitor process improvements.
• Provide training to production staff on assembly techniques, quality standards, and safety procedures.
• Create and maintain SOPs, work instructions, process maps, flowcharts, control plans, and other documentation.
• Support the team with flexibility to work overtime when required.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
• Support the optimization of existing workflows and procedures.
• Evaluate products and processes to ensure standardized quality assurance measurements.
• Collaborate with process improvement teams and engineers.
• Analyze current processes, identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks, and gather and analyze data.
• Assist in the implementation of streamlined solutions.
• Update process documents, create training materials, and monitor the effectiveness of improvements.
