Responsibilities

• Analyze existing processes to identify areas for improvement, development and implement solutions to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
• Lead cross-functional teams in process improvement projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring progress to achieve project goals.
• Design and develop new manufacturing processes, considering feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and regulatory compliance.
• Utilize advanced process engineering tools and simulation software to model and analyze process performance.
• Identify and resolve complex process issues, including troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and production bottlenecks.
• Promote safety practices within the production environment and ensure compliance and relevant safety regulations.
• Maintain detailed process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOP's) and technical reports.
• Work closely with other department like operations, maintenance, and quality control to ensure smooth production flow.

Responsible for designing, optimizing, and improving industrial processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability by analyzing existing operations, developing new process strategies, leading project teams, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards,often collaborating with other engineers, technicians, and stakeholders tom implement efficient solutions; typically have significant experience in process engineering and a deep understanding on industry specific regulations and best practices.
