Job summary

Arkray Industry, Inc. is seeking an engineer to support validation, automation and process improvement. Responsibilities include FMEA-based risk analysis, creating SOPs and QC instructions, and planning validation protocols for equipment and processes.

You will set test parameters, validate new and existing processes, troubleshoot to reduce downtime, and assist with production efficiency through time-study analyses. Strong engineering basics and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduates in any Engineering discipline are eligible.
• Experience with automation is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Experience in machine validation, NPI, localization and project management.
• Good communication skills in writing and speaking.
• Strong logical thinking and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Performs risk analysis using FMEA.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performs risk analysis using Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA).
• Creates standard working procedures, work instructions, check sheets and quality control instructions.
• Plan validation protocols for equipment and process.
• Set test equipment parameters according to test method.
• Execute validation of new and existing processes in accordance with the validation protocol.
• Performs machine and equipment troubleshooting and apply methods to eliminate downtime.
• Determines standard time and actual time for each process for production improvement activities.
• Prepares purchase request for items needed for validation.
• Performs other jobs that maybe assigned by immediate superior from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of any Engineering course
• Preferably with working knowledge on Automation
• Must have at least basic knowledge in reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
• With experience in machine validation, new product introduction, automation, localization and project management
• Good in communication skills both oral and written
• Excellent logical thinking and decision making skills is a must
