Job summary

ARKRAY, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a capable Validation Associate to support machine validation and set-up activities across production lines.

You will plan validation protocols, execute validations, troubleshoot equipment, and contribute to documentation, with emphasis on process improvement and timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Engineering course; license is not a requirement but an advantage.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in machine validation and set-up, automation, new product introduction, localization and project management.
• Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software used in validation and documentation.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written; strong logical thinking and decision making.

Responsibilities

• Performs risk analysis using Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA).
• Creates standard operating procedures, work instructions, check sheets and quality control instructions.
• Plan validation protocols for equipment and process.
• Set test equipment parameters according to test method.
• Execute validation of new and existing processes in accordance with the validation protocol.
• Performs machine and equipment troubleshooting and applies methods to eliminate downtime.
• Prepares purchase request for items needed for validation.
• Performs other jobs that may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
