Job summary

Kaertech Electronics Philippines is seeking an Industrial Engineer to drive continuous improvement in yield and productivity. You will analyze processes, review PFMEA, and propose machine optimization strategies to enhance performance.

The role involves generating and monitoring work instructions and process control standards while collaborating with production and support teams to implement cost-efficient solutions.

Qualifications

• Graduate of bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• Knowledgeable in lean manufacturing, SPC, DOE, FMEA, Pareto analysis, and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Analyze yield trends and formulate corrective action plans for improvement.
• Review productivity and scrap rates; implement cost-reduction initiatives.
• Execute continuous improvement plans for yield and productivity enhancement.
• Evaluate and propose machine optimization strategies.
• Generate and monitor PCP and WI for specified product lines.
• Review and improve PFMEA for product processes.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports related to production performance.
• Analyze current process capability and recommend improvements.
• Defines rework flow and provides controls for line reworks and or customer rework request and or model conversion.
• Establish and standardize process controls.
• Collaborate with Production and other support teams.
• Provide regular reports and updates (e.g., PFMEA, PCP, WI)
• Evaluate Jigs and alternative materials.
