Job summary

Glades International Corporation is seeking a Process Engineer to improve and optimize manufacturing processes, boosting productivity, quality, and safety. You will analyze operations, troubleshoot issues, and lead or support continuous improvement initiatives.

You will collaborate with production, maintenance, quality, and engineering teams, create process flow charts, SOPs, and reports, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, data analysis, statistical tools, process mapping, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Familiarity with CAD software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office is an advantage.
• Experience in manufacturing, production, or process improvement environments is preferred, often 2–5+ years.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and improve manufacturing or production processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity.
• Monitor production performance, analyze process data, and identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
• Investigate process-related issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Support initiatives to improve product quality, process stability, and manufacturing yield.
• Create and maintain process flow charts, SOPs, work instructions, and technical reports.
• Work closely with production, maintenance, quality, and engineering teams to support daily operations and process changes.
• Ensure processes comply with safety, environmental, and industry regulations and standards.
• Lead or support Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and cost-reduction projects.
