Job summary

H3 Technology Phils., Inc. is seeking a proactive Process Engineer to develop, establish, and improve manufacturing processes and procedures at our facility in Pampanga.

The role focuses on optimizing production through systematic analysis of processes and performance. The engineer will monitor process capability, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with Production and Quality teams to identify defects and implement corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, establish, and improve manufacturing processes and procedures.
• Analyze production processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor and evaluate production performance, process capability, and productivity.
• Troubleshoot process-related problems and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and maintain process documentation, work instructions, process flow charts, and specifications.
• Conduct time studies, process studies, and line balancing when required.
• Assist in improving production efficiency, reducing waste, and minimizing production costs.
• Work with Production and Quality teams to investigate defects and recurring process problems.
• Implement process improvements using problem-solving and continuous improvement methods.
• Assist in the introduction and evaluation of new products, materials, equipment, and manufacturing processes.
• Monitor and validate process parameters to ensure consistent product quality.
• Conduct trials and testing for process improvements and new processes.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Engineering regarding machine, equipment, and process-related concerns.
• Prepare technical reports, analysis, and recommendations for management.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, safety requirements, and applicable regulations.
• Support internal and external audits when required.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the immediate supervisor.
