Role Overview As a Process Auditor, you will be the driving force behind our compliance with client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and project deadlines. Operating during the US night shift, you will play a crucial role in overseeing workflows, tracking output, and guaranteeing that all client deliverables are transmitted correctly and on time. We are looking for a tenacious, proactive, and resilient professional who confidently holds operations teams to the highest standards and refuses to compromise on quality or punctuality.

Core Responsibilities

Client Compliance & Delivery Assurance

• Consistently evaluate production data to guarantee strict alignment with established client SLAs.
• Confirm that all necessary documents, data files, and communications are finalized and dispatched within specified client timeframes.
• Conduct thorough pre-transmission audits on all outbound work to verify completeness and adherence to schedule.

Operations Oversight & Team Accountability

• Relentlessly track pending assignments and impending deadlines, maintaining active communication with floor staff and leadership.
• Maintain strict adherence to production timelines, intervening swiftly and firmly so that operational bottlenecks do not compromise client commitments.
• Challenge the operations floor and push back when necessary to immediately unblock stalled workflows and resolve delays.

Real-Time Tracking & Shift Reporting

• Keep a watchful eye on task queues and progress indicators throughout the entirety of the graveyard shift.
• Spot potential SLA failures, process irregularities, or operational hazards early, escalating urgent matters to senior leadership.
• Produce comprehensive end-of-shift reports highlighting SLA metrics, operational hurdles, and the specific enforcement actions you applied.

Systems Design & Workflow Optimization

• Workflow Architecture: Develop and launch comprehensive tracking mechanisms from scratch to systematically observe SLA adherence across the production floor.
• Systems Management: Assess, roll out, and manage the necessary tracking software, databases, and reporting frameworks needed for live queue monitoring.
• SOP Development: Create strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) dictating how night-shift deliverables are to be tracked, reviewed, and escalated.

Ideal Profile & Requirements

• Certification: Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is strictly required.
• Experience: Solid background in quality assurance, process auditing, or operations leadership within a fast-paced, high-volume setting (BPO/KPO background is highly preferred).
• Communication: Highly assertive communication style with a proven track record of enforcing strict deadlines and holding teams accountable without hesitation.
• Analytical Prowess: Excellent analytical abilities to successfully juggle multiple production queues and track complex project timelines simultaneously.
