Job summary

eData Services US, L.L.C. is seeking a Process Auditor to enforce client SLAs and production timelines on a daily graveyard shift. You will monitor workflows, track deliverables, and hold production teams accountable to ensure on-time, accurate client communications.

The ideal candidate is a proactive CPA with strong analytical skills who can audit, escalate, and improve processes while maintaining stringent quality standards in a high-volume, client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold CPA certification and have process auditing experience.
• Experience in high-volume, client-facing environments (BPO/KPO preferred).
• Ability to work daily US hours and maintain accountability under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Monitor SLA compliance and production timelines.
• Verify transmission of files, reports, and communications within client schedules.
• Audit deliverables for completeness and timeliness before client transmission.
• Follow up with production staff to meet deadlines and enforce schedules.
• Identify risks and escalation points, generate daily SLA performance reports.
• Design and implement end-to-end tracking/auditing processes for SLA compliance.
