Qualifications

• CPA license is mandatory and must be current.
• Solid background in quality assurance, process auditing, or operations leadership in high-volume settings (BPO/KPO preferred).
• Assertive communicator with proven deadline enforcement.
• Strong analytical skills to manage multiple queues and timelines.
• Resilient, able to make tough decisions under pressure.
• Willingness to work US night shift hours.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate production data to ensure alignment with client SLAs.
• Verify documents, data files, and communications are completed and sent on time.
• Perform pre-transmission audits for completeness and scheduling.
• Track pending tasks and deadlines; maintain accountability across teams.
• Intervene to prevent bottlenecks and unblock workflows.
• Generate end-of-shift SLA reports with actions taken.
• Design tracking workflows and implement SOPs for night-shift delivery.
