Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Process and Compliance Manager to enable BAU teams to perform effectively, align with approved processes and client KPIs, and maintain high engagement within the PSC Portfolio Administration Team.

The role leads end-to-end process improvements, drives SOC compliance and audits, handles client onboarding, and collaborates across regions to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in data, finance processing, or real estate operations in an international environment.
  • Experience supervising a small team in a shared services environment with process transition and service coordination.
  • Background in corporate real estate, finance/economics, and data analysis is a plus.
  • Strong technical and communication skills, including proficiency in MS Office, effective written, verbal, and presentation abilities, and good attention to detail.
  • Self-driven team player with the ability to work independently, collaborate across regions, and engage stakeholders in a matrix organization.
