Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Process and Compliance Manager to enable BAU teams to perform effectively based on approved processes and client KPIs. The role emphasizes governance, SOC compliance, and continuous improvement across the PSC Portfolio Administration Team.

Responsibilities include leading end-to-end process improvements, onboarding new clients, due-diligence, and cross-functional collaboration to standardize processes and documentation. This is a senior, globally oriented role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in data, finance processing, or real estate operations in an international environment.
• Background in corporate real estate, finance/economics, and data analysis is a plus.
• At least 1 year of supervision experience in a shared services environment with process transition.
• Strong technical and communication skills, including MS Office, and stakeholder engagement.
• Self-driven team player with ability to work independently across regions.

Job Description Summary

The Process and Compliance Manager is responsible for enabling BAU Team members and leaders to perform their roles effectively and efficiently based upon approved processes, internal SLA's/objectives and client KPI's, at the same time ensuring PSC Portfolio Administration Team's high-level motivation and engagement

About the Role:

• Lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives, including mapping, evaluation, documentation, and optimization of business processes across GOS Client Operations.
• Ensure strong governance and compliance by driving SOC compliance, supporting audits, enforcing process controls, and maintaining standardized documentation.
• Drive client lifecycle activities, including new client onboarding, process due diligence, stabilization, and preparation of documentation for client pitches.
• Collaborate across teams to implement process improvements, develop strategic standard processes, and strengthen a continuous improvement culture.

About You:

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in data, finance processing, or real estate operations in an international environment.
• Background in corporate real estate, finance/economics, and data analysis is a plus.
• At least 1 year of experience supervising a small team in a shared services environment, with process transition and service coordination experience.
• Strong technical and communication skills, including proficiency in MS Office, effective written, verbal, and presentation abilities, and good attention to details.
• Self-driven team player with the ability to work independently, collaborate across regions, and effectively engage stakeholders in a matrix organization.
