Job summary

Sorren Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Process and Automation Analyst to support data management across Acuity systems, maintain Salesforce and Airtable data sources, and develop automations to improve operational efficiency. The role is full-time in the Philippines and offers growth opportunities within a collaborative team environment.

Key duties include troubleshooting data issues, monitoring automation tools, and supporting SOPs and process improvements across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage Acuity data in Acuity systems.
• Maintain Salesforce as primary data source.
• Maintain Airtable as secondary data source.
• Troubleshoot data issues in Salesforce and Airtable; add/remove fields; develop automations and reports.
• Support Acuity automation management.
• Monitor Zapier, Process St, and Salesforce for automation issues.
• Troubleshoot issues and automations.
• Support SOPs for Acuity.
• Monitor Process Street for process issues.
• Help develop/modify processes to improve data sharing and efficiency.
• Assist team by answering questions and removing roadblocks to maintain productivity.
• Perform special projects delivering high-quality work and employee success measures.

Process and Automation Analyst

• Process Support Acuity data management
• Maintaining Salesforce as Acuity’s primary source of internal team and client data
• Maintaining Airtable as Acuity’s secondary source of internal team and client data
• Troubleshooting data issues in Salesforce and Airtable, including adding and removing fields, developing automations, creating custom views, and helping to create reports.
• Support Acuity automation management
• Monitoring Zapier, Process St, and Salesforce for possible automation issues
• Troubleshooting issues and automations
• Support the Standard Operating Procedures for Acuity
• Monitoring Process Street for possible process-related issues
• Helping to develop new processes and modify existing processes to support appropriate data sharing between team members to improve operational efficiency.
• Support Acuity team members by answering questions related to basic problems and removing roadblocks so they can maintain productivity.
• Perform special projects that support Acuity’s internal operations and focus on delivering a high-quality work product through employee success measures.
