Job summary

VaynerMedia APAC, part of VaynerX, is seeking a passionate Social Content Creator based in the Philippines. You’ll craft engaging content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and more, translating brand briefs into bold, culturally relevant work.

You’ll collaborate with creative, strategy and client services teams to produce high-volume content, stay on brand, and move fast in a dynamic agency environment that prizes curiosity and creativity.

Qualifications

• Experience creating engaging content for social platforms across multiple formats.

Responsibilities

• Ideate and conceptualise high-engaging thinking that reflects brand's aesthetic and style guidelines; maintaining aesthetic, tone, and brand consistency across all deliverables across a variety of clients and industries
• Uses and creates on social media daily
• Has an ability to make relevant content across all platforms and has extraordinary skills in at least one if not all of these: design, video editing, motion design
• Shows a demonstrable passion, curiosity, and experience in making creative content on social media platforms: Tweets, TikToks, Instagram visuals, YouTube edits, etc
• Manage multiple projects with varying deadlines simultaneously.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (creative, client services, and strategy) to develop the best possible creative ideas that hits all criteria (client briefs, feedback, client KPIs)
• Consistently produce ideas and campaigns with impact on brief, on time and across any media without constant oversight
• Collaborate cross‑departmentally to develop a high variety of ideas that meets creative and strategic criteria (client briefs, feedback, client KPIs)
• Gather learnings and insights to make relevant recommendations to keep improving and making better work.
• Able to present with growing confidence to your team, senior clients, new biz, to agency and creative leaders
