Responsibilities

• Proactively follow up on overdue invoices to ensure timely payments.
• Assist in reconciliations of accounts receivable and identify discrepancies.
• Record and maintain detailed collections activity logs and statuses.
• Negotiate payment plans and settlements with clients as needed.
• Prepare regular collections reports and collaborate with Billing/Finance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations.
