Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking an Assistant Relationship Manager to serve as the primary service contact for Private Bank clients. You will support onboarding, account servicing, transaction processing, report generation, and account management.

You will work with the Private Banker to ensure sales compliance and maintain audit-ready documentation, while safeguarding client files in accordance with the Data Privacy Act and related regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree holders, preferably Business course graduates.
• 1 to 2 years related work experience as Assistant Relationship Manager.
• Proficient in using MS Office applications.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serves the BDO Private Bank clients on their Wealth Management banking needs.
• Acts as back-up Private Banker in the event the Sr Private Banker is not available to ensure the efficient and continuous delivery of services.
• Works closely with the Sr Private Banker to ensure sales compliance and proper documentation of all transactions to be audit-ready.
• Maintains and safe keeps client files/documents in accordance with the Data Privacy Act.
• Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time.
