Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) is seeking a Portfolio Account Management Officer in Manila to manage and service portfolio-tagged accounts in Business Banking. You will be the primary contact and lead coordinator for assigned portfolio-managed accounts.

Responsibilities include handling queries, coordinating with BB Client Services, Sales, Credit, and Fulfillment to ensure timely responses, renewing credit lines, and ensuring KYC compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or similar field.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in sales or back-office support.
• Preferably knowledge of corporate and retail loan products, cash management services; branch/relationship management experience.
• Proficient in MS Office tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Aufgaben

• Handles immediate resolution of simple and complex queries coursed through BB Client Services or PAM’s email.
• Gathers and analyzes information of clients to ensure proper handling of each request.
• Routes offering memo for post-booking concerns subject to management’s approval.
• Coordinates with BB Client Services, Maintenance, Fulfillment, and Sales to ensure inquiries are properly handled within agreed TAT.
• Escalates client inquiries and complaints for immediate resolution within TAT.
• Coordinates with Sales, Credit, Fulfillment and other units for credit line renewal of Portfolio Managed accounts.
• Ensures Portfolio Managed accounts are compliant with KYC and Due Diligence requirements of the bank and BSP.
• Prepares weekly performance reports for PAM TH and team consolidation.
• Suggests process improvements from day-to-day work experience.
• Handles admin functions such as system access requests, supplies management, and E-proc requests.
