Job summary

HRTX in Makati is seeking a proactive Private Equity Analyst to join the onsite team. You will perform financial analysis, build models, and contribute to deal sourcing.

You will conduct market research, assist with due diligence across financial, commercial, legal, operational, and ESG areas, and prepare presentations for investment committees and boards. This role emphasizes collaboration, accuracy, and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, management consulting, or corporate finance.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial modeling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative, with strong intellectual curiosity and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial analysis and develop financial models to assess potential investment opportunities.
• Conduct market and industry research, identify emerging trends, and support the sourcing of new investment opportunities through research and networking.
• Assist with due diligence activities across financial, commercial, legal, operational, and ESG areas.
• Prepare investment presentations, reports, and memoranda for internal stakeholders, investment committees, boards, and prospective investors.
• Monitor portfolio company performance and support strategic initiatives, including growth planning, capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, ESG implementation, and exit planning.
