We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Printing Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating printing machines to produce high-quality prints for various products, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate printing machines such as offset, flexographic, digital, or screen printers to produce printed materials (e.g., labels, brochures, packaging, and promotional materials).
• Set up printing machines, including loading paper, ink, and other materials, and adjusting settings according to job specifications.
• Monitor the printing process to ensure print quality, consistency, and proper alignment.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of printing machines to keep them in optimal working condition.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues such as ink smudging, paper jams, or color inconsistencies.
• Inspect finished products for defects and make adjustments as needed to ensure high-quality output.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with workplace safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of materials used, production volumes, and any machine maintenance.
• Work closely with production teams, supervisors, and quality control to meet production deadlines and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior machine operators, if needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent (vocational courses related to printing or machinery is a plus).
• Proven experience as a printing machine operator or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of printing techniques, materials, and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on printing equipment.
• Familiarity with safety protocols in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods and handle machinery.

Preferred Skills:

• Technical courses in printing or mechanical/electrical maintenance.
