Job summary

Computer Graphics, Inc. is seeking a skilled production operator to run and maintain printing equipment for mugs and merchandise. You will diagnose printer issues, guide customers, and prepare print-ready artwork using Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and Photoshop.

You will calibrate machines to ensure consistent quality, manage consumables, and collaborate with design/production teams to meet deadlines. Field work may include mall assignments; safety and cleanliness are emphasised.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain printing equipment (e.g., sublimation printers, heat presses, screen printers) for mugs and other merchandise
• Diagnose and troubleshoot printer (hardware & software) problems, provide step-by-step guidance, and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Prepare artwork files for print using design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Photoshop)
• Calibrate machines and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure consistent print quality
• Manage inventory of print materials, inks, blanks, and consumables
• Collaborate with design and production teams to meet deadlines and quality standards
• Conduct quality control checks on finished products
• Stay updated on new printing technologies and techniques
• Ensure safety and cleanliness in the production area
• Must be willing to do field work; may be assigned to malls
