Job summary

Photolock Inc. is seeking a dedicated technician for small format printers in Metro Manila. The role involves installing, repairing, demoing, and troubleshooting inkjet printers, and providing exceptional customer support to address client concerns.

Qualifications include 1+ year in inkjet printer tech and basic electronics knowledge. A related degree is preferred; candidate must be able to start immediately and work on-site.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field or technical courses preferred.
• At least 1 year experience as a technician of inkjet printers.
• Basic electronics knowledge.
• Can start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Operate and service small format printers (cutters, heat press, and mug press).
• Install, repair, demo, and troubleshoot small format printers.
• Assist clients to address solutions to complaints.
• Suggest, recommend, or provide alternative solutions to problems.
• Provide excellent customer support and service.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• SMALL FORMAT PRINTERS ( CUTTER PLOTTER, HEAT PRESS, AND MUG PRESS)
• PRINTING IN SMALL FORMAT PRINTERS
• INSTALL, REPAIR, DEMO, TROUBLESHOOT SMALL FORMAT PRINTERS
• ASSIST CLIENT TO ADDRESS SOLUTIONS TO COMPLAINTS
• SUGGEST, RECOMMENDATIONS OR ALTERNATIVE SOLUTIONS TO PROBLEMS
• PROVIDING EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND SERVICE

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• ASSOCIATE OR BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN RELATED FIELD OR TECHNICAL COURSES IS PREFERRED
• WITH ATLEAST 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE AS A TECHNICIAN OF INKJET PRINTERS
• BASIC ELECTRONICS KNOWLEDGE
• CAN START IMMEDIATELY
