Job summary

Manulife is seeking a focused Print Production professional to support internal teams (Strategic Marketing, Creative Agency, Marketing Operations, Sales, New Business) with timely campaign materials and finals documentation.

Responsibilities include coordinating estimates, timelines, specs, and vendor management, while maintaining data integrity and high-quality deliverables under tight deadlines. Strong communication and multitasking are essential.

Qualifications

• 2 years of print production experience in a print and/or digital capacity.
• Strong track record of managing a high volume of complex projects.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with suppliers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in production processes including estimates, timelines, specs, and vendor coordination.
• Print production of posters, books, brochures, flyers for campaigns and finals materials.
• Support campaigns across print and digital platforms.
• Prioritize and multitask to meet average and rush deadlines.
• Manage external vendors and maintain project logs and data integrity.
• Organize project information and ensure accuracy across systems.
• Support other duties as assigned.
