• Print Production Management: Oversee the operation of printing equipment, ensuring high-quality production of materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, and promotional items.
• File Preparation and Pre-Press Work: Prepare and optimize digital files for print, ensuring proper resolution, color accuracy, and format compatibility.
• Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance on printing machines and troubleshoot any technical issues to minimize downtime and maintain efficiency.
• Quality Control and Inspection: Monitor and inspect printed materials for consistency, color accuracy, and overall quality, ensuring they meet company and client standards.
• Collaboration and Client Interaction: Work closely with clients and other departments to understand print requirements and ensure that final products meet their specifications.
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in operating various printing equipment (digital, offset, large-format, etc.) and knowledge of the printing process.
• Design Software Knowledge: Experience with graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) for preparing files for print.
